Guided by our Chairman, Mr. Vijay Ram Rattan, we remain committed to initiatives that create meaningful, lasting change.
Here are some of our key contributions towards Corporate Social Responsibility:
1. Quality Healthcare in Sitapur, Free for the Underprivileged
Under the leadership of Mr. Vijay Ram Rattan, Ram Rattan Group donated approx 7,000 sq. yards of land in Sitapur to build a hospital, extending quality healthcare to the community. We also established a free medical clinic in Sitapur, providing services at no cost to underprivileged families in the region, an attempt to give back to the local community and create a positive impact.
2. Environmental Stewardship to Safeguard the Future
At Ram Rattan Group, we understand that the land we build on must be protected for generations to come. Through our tree plantation drive, “Adding Lungs to Naugaon”, we work to minimise our environmental footprint while preserving biodiversity across the regions we operate in. Our initiatives extend further, spanning sustainable agricultural management, organic farming, and investments in solar energy. Beyond our own efforts to integrate sustainability into what we build, our communities are designed to blend with the landscape, not fight against it. From rainwater harvesting to preserving the natural topography of each site, every decision is made with the environment in mind.
3. Enabling Financial Independence for Women
We promote financial independence for women through land ownership, helping build a stronger foundation for the future. This extends into initiatives that support women’s empowerment, such as a marathon that brings communities together.
4. Feeding Drives & Communal Marriages / Feeding Drives & Community Marriage Initiatives
We organise regular feeding drives for communities in need across Naugaon and Delhi, while also supporting families in Naugaon through community marriage initiatives—strengthening the bonds with the communities we proudly belong to.
This Republic Day in Naugaon, we were honoured to welcome students, teachers, and the school management to our project. The children’s soulful rendition of the National Anthem created a truly moving moment for everyone present.
The celebration reminded us that development goes beyond infrastructure it is equally about inclusivity, dignity, and meaningful community connection. As a small gesture of encouragement, school bags were gifted to the students to support their learning journey.
